All plans offered by Plans Design have been developed by a team of architectural technologists, members of the Quebec Order of Professional Technologists. Our professionals will grant your project all the time necessary to analyse your needs and requirements. Preliminary meetings and sketches will take place before drawing up final plans.

During the first free consultation, our technologist-advisor will be able to tell you how much your plans will cost you. It will depend on the complexity of your project and the dimensions of your house. Approximate costs are calculated at a rate from $ 1.45 / sq. ft.
